CURIOUS OBSESSIONS isn't your typical Seduction Cinema release, it's a melding of two worlds that blends Retro Seduction Cinema with their current starlets. Seduction Cinema has been leaning toward this for years with their trend of pairing modern "remakes" with classic grindhouse films such as SWEDISH WILDCATS, LUSTFULL ADDICTION, and ROXANNE.

As ei Cinema/Seduction Cinema head honcho Michael Raso states during an interview, the company recent acquired a number of stag loops, some of which were previously released on a disc of their own. Director John Bachus uses even more loops to bring one of the ultimate male fantasies to life - girls watching porn by themselves and getting aroused. For those wondering, that last half a sentence is the entire plot of the movie.

With virtually zero story to speak of, CURIOUS OBSESSIONS is literally wall to wall sex. And contrary to what Raso states during his interview, the movie is pretty explicit. For the perverts reading, there's little room to work the fast forward due to the continuous and salacious nature of the material.

It's never stated whether the projector and loops contain some sort of supernatural element that elevates a female viewer's libido, or whether the woman are just naturally this horny, but I would like to think that what occurs is all natural. That the fanboy fantasy can come true.

As much a showcase for the new product line of stag loops, CURIOUS OBSESSIONS is meant to really push some new all natural talent onto the public. This is the first movie for Jackie Stevens and the first staring role for Bethany Lott, who looks a heck of a lot like Claire Forloni. The two take center stage and steal the show away from the loops as they lick, flick, fondle, and go about turning each other inside out.

I really wish I could says there something more to the movie, even if it's just mentioning some sort of nostalgia factor, but I really can't. This is one Seduction Cinema release that's all about the sex and nothing more.

The dvd release contains the usual Seduction Cinema trailer vault, two behind-the-scenes featurettes, and a deleted Bethany Lott scene from SPIDERBABE.
