There's not a single character that I could find in Seduction Cinema's MUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER actually named Muffy, so don't go looking for one of Seduction Cinema's usual Hollywood Spoofs with this one.

MUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER is a sequel of sorts to CARESS OF THE VAMPIRE, utilizing CARESS footage to tie the two movies together. Those that have seen CARESS should be familiar with the story, a lesbian vampire with a nitrous-fueled libido makes her way through a series of strippers masquerading as bored housewives. Linking the action was a set of bumbling cops trying to solve the rash of misconduct.

As far as I could tell, CARESS 2 had nothing to do with the original film. It was a Factory 2000 effort aimed at members of the foot-fetish crowd who also have hankerings for 1960's retro.

I was born in the 1970's. Pedicures aren't my bag. Needless to say, CARESS 2 did little for me.

MUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER picks up where the original CARESS left off, with our lesbian vampire finding new digs, and new chicks with which to score. On her trail is a female police officer who has to contend with her own state of unfulfillment due to her failing marriage. But never fear, as is the case with all Sedection Cinema titles, lesbianism is here. Long segments of nudity and sex are intercut with short moments of police work and homelife.

Don't go looking for the core group of Seduction gals to make any appearances in MUFFY, this is an outside production. The crop of hotties making themselves known this time around lack the fun and friendly personalities of Ruby LaRocca or Darian Cain, but make up for it with their porn star quality assets. On a collective whole, this is the most gorgeous batch of girls to appear in any Seduction Cinema title.

The MUFFY DVD contains an erotic cheeseball of short directed by Terry West based on one of his original stories titled THE VAMPIRE QUEEN. Fans disappointed by the lack of Seduction Cinema regulars in the main feature will want to take note as Darian Cain and Debbie Rochon star in VQ. Also joining the proceedings is newcomer Kelli Summers, who for my money gets the title of Seduction Hottie to the Millenium. As I've often said of Debbie Rochon, Kelli has that kind blonde beauty that makes one's heart skip beats when she smiles that sensuous girl next door grin. Yowza!

Not to be outdone by co-star, Darian Cain proves that her performance in THE VAMPIRE OBSESSION was not a fluke gives her best acting to date. There are instances where Darian delivers her dialogue barely above a whisper and the subtle results are far more substantially erotic than any of Seduction Cinema's now infamous Climactic Orgies, most of which Darian herself acted in.

There's little else in the way of content on the MUFFY DVD outside of the standard trailer vault. Maybe next time, if West adapts one of his own short stories, Seduction Cinema will be kind enough to include it on the disc.
